I don't like to rock the boat, but only you can decide if it is worth it to you. I myself just went thru a harsh week of C&P Reviews and it was painful to say the least. Good luck and keep us posted bud

Treat it as a cue or you will lose money.

J

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

glider ,

I would sure go for it if I was you buddy,I don't think they would reduce your ratings after all these years it would be hard for them to prove your disability's has got better and that's the only real way they can possibly reduce!

get you claim is asap...the sooner the better!

I have been reading these topics today. My question is I was granted IU P&T for bipolar, at 70%. I am

SC for sleep apnea 50%, dd c spine 20%, and hypothyroidism 10%. I am also SC for 5 other conditions at 0%. I have been IU P&T since November of 2001.

Maybe this will help explain smc/s.

Glider,

yes you are entitled to SMC,you might want to recheck your award letter, if they never mention SMC to you? ( explain the entitlement) then there's the cue!
