If so did he then receive something between the 30% and the 100%? It is always possible that VA made a clear and unmistakable error in the decreased decision. Do you still have that decision? If we can read the Reasons and Basis and evidence list for the older decision, we could determine if he might possibly be able to get a better retro payment.due to CUE. Hard to say at this point.... can you scan and attach that older reduction decision here? (Cover C file number, name, address etc.prior to scanning it.) THANK YOU for helping your spouse!
