Guest Posted June 27, 2015 Share Posted June 27, 2015 Ryguy, As I said in the other post it boils down to what date VA granted the increase. Even though you filed an appeal in 2008/2009 VA might have granted your increase the date of your March 2015 C & P exam. VA loves to not read the entire C-File and screw the veteran. VA feels that a lot of veterans would just give up and not fight the earlier effective date and take the money and settle but you really need to read over your rating decision from BVA and your local RO decision to see what happen.
