Had My C&p Today

Question

I had my C&P today. The VA Doctor was a nice guy and appeared to be sympathetic to my case.

I was well prepared with copies of all my outside Doctor reports, Copies of all VA Doctor notes, all indexed to the C&P worksheets for easy access.Well he shot that down quickly and appeared to not be familiar with the worksheets. We stumbled thru the exam the best we could after that. He would go thru hand written notes and I searched for the document that pertained to the question.

\This is not a putdown of the Doc, because I believe I will be successful!

Get a copy of the exam as soon as you can. Reading the opinion will tell you what you need to know.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

Its hard to til one way or another,

until you see what this Dr put in his report.

I'am surprised every time I go get my exam reports.

Hopefully it will go your way. I've had CP exams that went just the opposite of what I thought that they would go so one never knows until you actually see it. That said, most times, you intuition is going to be right about the outcome of an exam....good luck...
