HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted July 28, 2015 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted July 28, 2015 Congrats on your win. Suggest that when you have a chance you look into Voc Rehab ILP (Independent Living Program) they will evaluate you and possibly supply you with stuff that can make your life a little better. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted July 28, 2015 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted July 28, 2015 Stay in treatment!!!! Being paranoid where the VA is concerned is not all that crazy. Did you get a medical discharge from the military? I got a DX of schizophrenia from the VA in 1971 and I only got 10%. I was too down and out to file my appeal on time. That probably cost me many thousands of dollars. I am glad you got yours. How are your symptoms these days? Do anti-psychotic meds keep you sane?
