I've had a few challenges, perhaps the same as you. I relate them here to demonstrate that we can learn, overcome, and find purpose in life. The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans. Navy04
Congrats bud, as I just got my Official Permanent paperwork yesterday. Don't know about the license stuff, but as far as working, only you can decide what is best. Are you willing to give up $2900+ a month for you current job? Do you have a high Mental Health Condition %? There are a lot of Starving and Homeless Vets out there that would die to have your 100% rating, speak with your family and figure out if everything you have gone thru is worth you risking your VA money. HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted September 22, 2015 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted September 22, 2015 If you had a seizure the Doc's Are suppose to write a letter stating you can't drive for at least 6 months and then an evaluation has to be done.if your diagnoses is seizures then I don't think you can drive or supposed to be behind the wheel.again depends on your disability. jmo ..................Buck I am not an Attorney or VSO, any advice I provide is not to be construed as legal advice, therefore not to be held out for liable BUCK!!! Guest
Congrats on your win.Not sure about the license thing but if your not sure about the P & T thing I tell veterans to look for VA form 21-8760 in your rating packet, it list more benefits when VA grants a veteran P & T. This form should be in your packet somewhere.http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/VBA-21-8760-ARE.pdf
