Does the VA require I submit VA Form 10-5345a-MHV and get a premium MyHeatheVet account in order to view my records/exams? I've noticed other members have access to their records/exams. After that click the blue button and specify a date range that covers the date of the C&P. Then click VA notes and any other info that interests you.
