POTUS has not declared an emergency and even if he did it remains to be seen how that would play regarding veterans benefits. closing this topic. Cutting IU would free up Millions. They are looking at cutting cost even if its taking away from Disabled S.C. Veterans...a lot of Gov Programs will be shut down...we just don't know yet what they will be cutting.? IU is just one of many Gov-VA Programs on the chopping block. When we have peace the budget cutters get to work as in the 80's. It is also a sorry state of affairs when average USA household can't go for a month without a paycheck.
