Yes you seem to have A busy life, and we all appreciate your devotion too all of us. Take care of yourself too. We are still pushing to get the back pay for diabetes increase. The bva approved it on 5-30-18 and they did not finish their audit until 9-28-18. Sent it to Coast Guard for thei audit on 10-3. They still have it. They were furloughed for 5 weeks. As bad as VA was in the late 1990s and into the year 2000,plus, we always got the retro much faster than now- and often before we even got the award letter in the mail. BVA is working faster than ever to reduce the backlog but everything slows down at the ROs- when they have to implement the decisions. What gets me is that many remands ( often a re do of what they failed to do in the first pace) and awards from the BVA should have occurred at the RO level. Years ago. GRADUATE ! That number would be absolute zero. Like how they got rid of that one tiny office, in 2017 with only like around 6 employees , where they actually help answer the questions vets had via the telep

I believe the RO's do not have phones. They are sequestered in the basements of federal buildings and can only be seen at night when they scurry out to go home to their dens.
