Yes if you you get a 100%scheduler rating  then after that any conditions you have service connected add up to 60%  then that qualifies you for the SMC  it can be 1 =60% alone or a combined of ratings that add up to the 60%  if you have a Dr opinion that'' your sc condition will never improve  within your life time''  you have a great chance for P&T .

IF you do get the 100%scheduler and they don't add the P&T  Appeal that (the P&T Should be given to you based of your s.c. condition is not expected to improve within your life time.

Note* For Veterans that  are home owners A 100% Schedule rating will get you exempt from your property tax...which is one of the best benefits we veterans get. --- jmo
