I filed for an EED for my SMC K on 6/11/2019 and it was approved on 7/3/2019. So far my cases seem to be moving fairly quickly.

I faxed it in, it took almost 2 1/2 weeks to show up in Vets.gov. It was pretty much straight forward though, there was a system glitch and it did not pick up the date of 2/17/2019, instead it showed

I call them a lot when I have a claim pending, sometimes twice a week. You might want to call the White House 800# as well, it can't hurt. Good luck.
