paulstrgn
I am filing a CUE based on a decision dated 9/24/2018. With the new rules what form am I supposed to use to file a CUE? I had originally submitted in a letter format but I am thinking it will either be rejected or ignored as correspondence. Thanks for the help in advance. I have some CUEs ready to go on my 2011 decision and I thought I read somewhere to use the 958 form vs the 526EZ, but I can't find where I read it now. I was all set to use the 958, then saw a post that got me confused again. then saw your post where it said "if decided within the last year" to use 958, which my 2011 decision definitely was not in the last year...
