I never trust the dates on Ebennies or VA.gov.  I had one claim where I got a C&P exam after the finish date came and passed.  The VA in some areas is moving at a glacial pace.  I have a date of 13 to 26 months for an NOD.  I used to get an NOD in several months.

Totally depends on if there is a remand or not. If there is a grant it will take more like 6-8 months or more. If it is a remand you are looking at a year plus. This is not a definite thing. Everyone is deferent and will take what it does. These are my times.

Ah yes remands, took 4 years to get to my last one! Guess I'll wait like everyone else.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this before and if the timeline was about right?

mine (posted) in these forums too... once every few weeks changes slightly....I had even sent more evidence (I hate using the word evidence, it is like I am a criminal on trial) when it was the time to do so... but the 1-2 months thing seems like a bunch of b.s. but we shall see.

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose.
