1 Adminstrator ShrekTheTank Posted August 8, 2019 Adminstrator Share Posted August 8, 2019 Totally depends on if there is a remand or not. If there is a grant it will take more like 6-8 months or more. If it is a remand you are looking at a year plus. This is not a definite thing. Everyone is deferent and will take what it does. These are my times. PostMan1988 and GBArmy
1 vetquest
I never trust the dates on Ebennies or VA.gov. I had one claim where I got a C&P exam after the finish date came and passed. The VA in some areas is moving at a glacial pace. I have a date of 13 to 26 months for an NOD. I used to get an NOD in several months. Edited August 8, 2019 by retiredat44 Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose.
