Content Curator/HadIt.com Elder Vync Posted December 2, 2019 Content Curator/HadIt.com Elder Share Posted December 2, 2019 Once the doctor's office has the authorization from Tri-West, you can setup appointments yourself (or have your wife do it). I called my doc daily to confirmed they received it and setup my own appointment. About 10 days later, I received a letter from Tri-West telling me I had an appointment set up for several days earlier. Can't make this up. kanewnut
I got my letter from Tri-West for acupuncture appointments after I had already finished all of them. They took over two months. Try-West is really on the ball.

I ended up getting a call from some higher up manager at Tri-West who apologized. Nothing quite like my appointment letter being dated after the date of the first appointment.
