Dear fellow Veterans & Friends
There was a case in the Fed Cir Stone v. Nicholson 2006-7069.
There was a good decenting opnion from the court which shows how the court now split hairs just to deny a vets claim. If you have a PTSD claim you should read this decision. Here the VA agreed the vet was in a combat zone, The VA psychitrist documented the stressers. Yet because the vet recived no wounds the VA position was he could not prove he was shot at in a combat zone.
I would like other vets take on this. Thanks
