I'm not sure what its called  but it maybe statement in support of claim 21-4138 (Respondent Burden)

In here about a month or so  you posted how to write a good statement of support  to help your claim

how to lay out your statement in support of your claim

 

It  was like an Intenary maybe? can you repost it

I'm getting ready to type mine out  and I seen USMC_VET  had a post about it some time ago on here

USMC_VET had some good advise on it and how to write it out  so they can read it all.

I hope he sees this and re post it

Give VA Attorney, Chris Attig's Vet Law site a look see, regarding the use of a "Sworn Declaration" in the place of a "Statement In Support of Claim." I used the "SD" for my 06/14 DRO Hearing, DRO seemed impressed, all major $$ issues awarded.
