My other question I`m wondering, if the depression and anxiety have a percentage assign to them (ex: 10 percent) even though they are part of another d…

All my examenations through the VA have said I had numbness and pain in hands , feet and legs and that examintions showed that. VA Regional denied the claim because of the machine over the examinations....neurology, pediatry, etc. all said I had it but because I have focal neuorapthies I was suspect for stroke also. I contacted neurology and they said the emg does not rule out perepherial nueropathies....this was put into the record....I then went to a neurologist in the VA and he says the following. A/P Pereph…

Any Al Members Have Info
I cant find a thing- In November the CAVC published UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR VETERANS CLAIMS No. 06-2762 The American Legion and Nicholas Ribaudo, Petitioners, v. R. James Nicholson, And had given the American Legion a few weeks to file a brief under Amicus Curiae and apparently to clarify that this is a Writ of Mandamus under the ALL Writs Act. Although my old Mandamus writ is still public at the CAVC -as far as the docket goes- I can't find anything else on Ribaudo there- so maybe he never filed a writ in he past and the AL is supporting his new recent writ request. ??? There is an enbanc hearing today …
