Child Molesters At The Vamc
The St. Pete Times just had a story indicating that the Bay Pines VAMC employees convicted child molesters, and that these perverts have access to teens working in some volunteer program. The Tampa VAMC would not comment so that probably means they have a kiddie porn site operating out of the bosses office.

Any Advice?
I am new to the board, but I have lurked for a little while. I just recently started posting. My husband was medically retired from the Air Force in October of 2002, after serving for 21 years. We started his VA disability claim when we where notified he was going to be medically retired. The Air Force Physical Evaluation Board retired him on these Categories: Category I: Unfitting Conditions which are compensable and rateable: Gastroespohageal Reflux Disease associated with non-cardiac chest pain and dyspnea on exertion. (I actually think the PEB board messed up on this one, because his doctor who did the package to the board listed Cardiac Syndrome X as…

ptsd Tdiu And P&t ?'s.
I had a letter from my Doc yesterday stating that I was Permanently Unemployable due to the combination of all my issues, most specifically Lower Back Pain and Nueropathy into Legs, Feet, and Arms from a Neck Claim that was denied a couple years ago, but I haven't reopened with my New Evidence because I've needed this money so bad I just NOD "de novo review" last month for IU. Also because of the PTSD, and the opiates I am on for pain management. I read in the CFR or USC (can't remember which) that before the VARO can determine someone is P&T that they are supposed to send them to Vocational Rehab for an assesment. Since my statements of unemployability were in…

ptsd " Military Unit Of Va Verifying"
I have been helping a friend with his claim. All has gone well up to this point. My friend has had his C&P exams ( PTSD, Hearing, and agent orange exposure ). We obtained a copy of all the C&P exams, and were pleased with what the examiners had to report ( verified PTSD, hearing loss, etc...). We filed his claim in October 2005. C&P exams were conducted in March 06. We called the 800 number to get an up date on the claim in April 06. Person at the 800 number said the claim had been " sent for final review--call back in 30 days" ( which was on the 26th of May---we called ). Person at the 800 number that we spoke to on the 26th of May--the 30 day window …
