hypertension Why So Many C&p Exams?
In Aug 09 I filed a reopen claim for coronary artery disease secondary to my noncompensable service connected hypertension. I had heart bypass surgery in Jul 09. By Oct 09, the VA was on the ball: I had x-rays, a general exam and a stress test all on the same day. I thought that was it and all that I had to do was wait. But in late Nov 09, they scheduled me for an electrocardiogram. What's next???? B) It would seem that looking at my scars would be all the evidence they need.

ptsd C&p For Ptsd
I had my C&P done back in October 2009. My initial claim was put in in september 2008. I was granted 30% for my muscular skeletal and my hearing issues.... My PTSD C&P was done in October 2009. I have a copy of it and it is Reading like it meets the 70% criteria. my question is this..... does the VA really follow the Mental health SC percentage stuff.

Service Records
I am totally confused on this issue. I recently was medically retired due to DM II not being under control (Long Story). I was at 23 years, I think they just pushed me out. Anyways I started my process in Sept to get set-up for my C&P exam. Turned in my records to VA and did everything I was supposed to. I still yet to get my C&P exam and I officially retire on Nov 28. My VA rep (who is awesome and is very helpful) have been on these guys and the last word he got is that they are awaiting my Service Records. My VA rep is dumbfounded because he has never heard of that. I mean they have all of my medical records that I turned in back in Sep. My VA rep think…

Lumbar Spine C&p Exam
I had my C&P exam for my spine today. The doctor was very professional and friendly. My history shows a 30% rating for sacroiliac injury. My left leg is also SC'd at 10% for shortness. My civilian spine surgeon put in my records that my back problem stems from these 2 conditions. On 2 different occasions, the VA doc dictated into his computer that my surgeon connected my current condition to my SC'd conditions. My question is,,,,,does this mean that the VA doc found in my favor and my spine condition will be SC'd? I've had 3 surgeries this year alone and am scheduled for a spine fusion December 3rd. I really can't move. I'm in a back brace 100% of the time. Just curio…

Bilateral Tinitus
I have been diagnosed with bilateral tinitus and was wondering if you can get the 10% X2 for the bilateral. I believe that I read something to that effect in this forum where bilateral tinitus at the 10% X2 was granted from the VA, since it is bilateral. I am currently receiving 10% X2 for bilateral knee athritis so shouldn't that be the case also for the tinitus. B) I have already filed for tinitus, but not for bilateral. Should I change the claim to bilateral? BTW, this forum is awesome and I just want to say thank you to you all and a special thank you to the Veterans who have served. The information that is shared here is priceless.

diabetes Seeking Your Help On Comples Problem Please
I'm one messed dude these days. Over the last few years I've really gone down hill mentally. Near suicide had me calling the VA for the first time in 40 years. The VA has been good to me.... in fact super to me. I got a lot of help and got it right away. I am in group too with my brothers (and sisters) and I find that good. Still a messed up guy, I ended up locked in the MH ward the Saturday night after Fort Hood... that so messed my head up. I just got my rating and I have to be thankful again. I had 10% for my wound from years ago, and now they gave me 70% PTSD and 20% for Diabetes II. My total score is now 80%. I'm older, but still have two teenagers at ho…
