ptsd At War Again
The DRO just sent me a 32 page SOC- to deny my claims! HE only mentioned two of them -there were 6- There are NO REASONS or BASES at all- just pages of all the regs and persumptives! Check this- they said under Evidence I had wriitten them letters- I had sent them letters referring to specific medical evidence-right- I sent them plenty of medical evidence from the med recs. this is how I won my Sec 1151 and my lawsuit! Amc--is This Another Sham By The Va?
I went to law school (quit when I became an upper classman) and did very well in the course on preparing law briefs. Consequently, my briefs in my VA claim are very thourough. After 3 and 1/2 years my case hit the BVA and was remanded because my SSA decision was missing from the VA file. I submitted a copy of the SSA decision which I originally obtained from the R.O (with their stamped number on it). They refuse to accept my copy, stating that other vets have forged the document on their computer. J-pouch & Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis
I have a rating question for everyone pertaining to my J-Pouch & Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis. When I was finally given a rating, it totaled 40%. The breakdown was this. 30% for my asthma, and 10% for my J-Pouch with Primary Sclreosing Cholangitis. I appealed the 10%, and they came back and said they can raise it to 20%, but that it will not change the total. I said no way to that, and have a VA hearing at the end of the month. In Sept of 2001, my entire large intestine (colon) was removed, and an internal pouch was created out of my small intestine.
