1. Retroactive Back Pay.

   My claim is scheduled to close tomorrow for my backpay. Does anyone know if it does close how long till the backpay hits the bank? Also does information only get updated on our claims whenever the site is down?

3. Does Anyone Have Any Idea What Development Letter Sent Means?

   My claim was closed yesterday and in eBenefits in updates it says: Appeal is Possible Decision Notification Sent Development Letter Sent <------ Does anyone know what this letter is included for? What it may say, or it's purpose? I've done some searching on HADIT but every mention is just text copy pasted into a paragraph not Germaine to asking what the letter means/says. So, if anyone has one, or has recently seen one I'd be greatful if you could post a small brief explanation. I went from 50% to 100% P&T. Thanks!

6. ptsd Moved Backwards From Preparation For Notification To Pending Decision Approval

   My VSO called me about 2 weeks ago and told me congrats and that my claim for an increase has been approved and I was awarded 100% PT (up from 60% combined)...it has been about 18 months since my claim for an increase was submitted, so I was very happy to hear this news. I was one of those guys who kept checking my Ebenefits status almost everyday especially after my C&P exams. my claimwas stuck in the "gathering of evidence" phase for about 16 months until I was finally called in for my C&P exams. After my C&P exams it seemed things were moving along, I kept checking my EBenefits status and it moved all the way from gathering of evidence to prep for decision,…

7. Pending Decision Approval

   According to Ebenefits my claim has been sitting @ Pending Decision Approval for over two weeks. I've called 1-800-827-1000 twice & their response is that my claim is in notification phase with an average 15 days to receive.

9. Has Anyone Used The New, Have Your Claim Decided On Feature On Ebennies

   Has anyone used the "Have your claim decided on" feature on Ebenefits site. As you all know my claim was at the Prep for Decision phase for the last month, then the other day it went back to Gathering of Evidence. Well the Ft Worth VA called today and scheduled a couple of C&Ps at the Ft Worth and Dallas VAs. I have Uploaded, Mailed and Faxed all the Medical Evidence more than once, and I am tired of these idiots. My last two FDC claims I had a couple of bad C&Ps, as either the Docs would not even look at me and hardly talk, or accept my Evidence. These Damn exams are driving me crazy, and I don't feel like driving over 200 and 300 miles round trip to each exam. I…

10. Travel Pay...

    I know this isn't part of ebenefits but I looked at my bank account and it appears certain VA Medical Centers, James A Haley in Tampa for one, are now paying travel pay with direct deposit....The Code is MISC PAY 36 TREAS 310.....This is just for information purposes just in case anybody may need to know in the future.

13. Preparation for Notification

    My claim status on eBenefits is "Preparation for Notification". The decision is to be mailed between March 17-19. Does eBenefits have a section that reveals the outcome or will I just get mail notification? Thanks.
