"Case Pending Dispatch" at Board of Appeals in DC
My case is at the board of appeals in DC. and was recently moved to a judges desk to make a decision I was informed about a month ago. I recently logged onto E-Benefits and my status changed from its at the board to a judge has made a decision on your case and "Case is Pending Dispatch"....has anyone seen this before? Is this a favorable decision or denial? or do I just have to wait until they mail the big brown envelope? Status was changed to "Case Pending Dispatch on the 19th of April.......before that it was at the board waiting for a judge to decide case. There have been no changes made in E benefits so far as my letters or disabilities. Thanks David

"Exam request - processing -- No longer needed"
Does anyone know what this means? I took a screenshot of VA.gov > Check your claims and appeals> Status details> Documents filed. Request 5 (request for document) now shows this: Request 5 Exam Request - Processing No longer needed Here's a screenshot. Does anyone know what this means? What does it mean when they say "Exam request Processing -- no longer needed"?

ptsd (Updated with C&P results) Recently requested IU at MH providers suggestion
So I recently as of 20150412 applied for IU along with reopening my claims for migraines, vertigo and photosensitivity. I was recently back in march given an increase on my PTSD rating so that I currently sit at 80%. The breakdown being 70%-PTSD 10%-Left shoulder impingement 10%-Tinnitus 0%-mild ankle laxity My claim for migraines is well supported by over 3yrs of treatment records showing that I have on average two a week that cause me to either be forced to take an abortive that renders me unable to function so as to relieve the nausea of being stuck in bed all day without lights or any sort of sounds. There have been multiple medications I have…

ptsd *Complicated TDIU - Need TDIU Experts/Gurus/Experienced*
Hello all! First, some backlog, which is my TDIU (new)/PTSD (inc)/TBI (inc) claim that was opened by myself in the middle of 2016: Now, the complicated part.: None of my employers could return their 8941's (Document about my history of employment with them) because it was either A. Not their policy to do so. or B. The employers are permanently closed. So after months of waiting, and me personally trying to reach out to a couple of the employers, no information could be obtained from them (My last employer must have come from the Houdini line, as I could not track him down). Now, the other complicated part: I am currently enrolled in VR&E (Voc Re…

hypertension 100% (Iu P&t): Is There Any Reason To Pursue Claims?
I don't know if this is in the right forum, but since my 100% is from TDIU, I figured here is the right place. I've seen that some vets here continue to file claims even after being rated 100%. Why would that be wise, I wonder? I have a NOD 1 year deadline this week. They low-balled me on my feet (this is according to my VA podiatrist) and denied my knee completely. My NOD would be supported by physical therapy notes, a years worth of podiatry notes, etc. But I know that since I'm 70% PTSD, 10 & 10 for each foot, getting to 100 scheduler isn't likely (right?). I also wonder if I should pursue a claim about my IBS. It was dx'd by VA docs, and there's no…
