I think he can be service connected without a rating...he needs to get SC first thing! carlie is great doing CUE!.. I would think he can get EED!

oh ok well I need to find out more info from him or his spouse he is very hot temper fellow. I kinda told him what you mention but he didn't listen...I may wait a week or so ..I told him to just wait and see if he gets denied...they may make a decision in his favor...he won't tell me what happen a the C&P Just that the VA doc was an A.H. Anyway I called him tonight ask hadit some questions he said forget it...so...I need to let him cool off...he lot bigger than me Lol

if you get schedule for a C&P can the veteran refuse it? and get an IMO? Or if the veterans C& P didn't go as well not anything favorable to his/her claim knowing a denial is on the way can the veteran stop the claim...and start over...I ask this for a fellow veteran...no puter or how to use one...he is a good friend this is the only way I know to ask....he supposable had this C& P 2 weeks ago or so his first compensation claim. I'm not sure what he is filing his claim for?...speculation but his bad back,neck,?? he has bone degeneration, fibro, headaches, dizzy spells, I'm not sure what all? He told me if he gets denied its because that wise as VA Doc at the C& P &... He said if I'm DENIED ''THEN F**** THE WHOLE ***** Claim.'' he is really pissed off needless to say. not sure I can help him? Thanks everyone!

If your using a VA shrink that your PCP put in for that is a general exam...but after you finish it go to medical records and get them(records) to see what ''this' Doc said in his/her report as in a DX's. Read the report! favorable to you or not? if you have used the VA for like ten years or so or more & have medical records personal to make them copies as well...read them! A C&P is somewhat different, on this exam they try to really confuse you ask trick questions sorta-speak some exaimers will even ask you or say ''I have your c-file I see your here for compensation''? my experince anyway..but just read the report! Always be polite as you can and answer all questions the best you possibly can, don't try or do things that you don't other wise do they can catch on to it...and it throws your exam right out the window sorta - speak in my opinion just be yourself and tell the truth and tell about all of your stressors how you can't sleep how you have flashbacks nightmares ect,,ect,,...again tell the truth on all questions and just try to relax, don't let memories cloud your mind it can go either way a lot of it is in body language & the things you volunteer say and the way you speak ect,,them docs can catch all that. hope some of this helps? They won't say what there reason is? when something is not broke why try to fix it? that's what this is about with the DEA or their just showing there ''power' I guess they think were selling/or abuse the meds. my question is how the heck do they know? altho blood test will show if your using it, but that don't prove your selling it or abuse it' My next Dr appointment is next month I'm going to ask my VA Dr if he is cutting me off my hydro and ask why? and if he can't prescribe for at least 3 months why?, because going to see the VA Docs once a month to refill my pain meds eh! ..Well whats a veteran to do? . carlie I may start using your VAMC.

yes Its a screwd up deal...were all wishing and hoping that the new Sec of VA '' Robert (Bob) McDonald'' will get all this straighten out ASAP!

Right on gerogiapapa...that be 100% better for our veterans with pending claims! over all a better understanding with the VARO & Veteran Lets hope someone comes up with that suggestion! I realize I we or most of us veterans use the VAMC rather or not SC. Rating with a % that's fine BUT So many other veterans that don't get compensation rely on the VA HealthCare Program...and this new change (so for)is not good for any veteran. I have a neighbor Veteran that refuses to use the VA he is afraid of mal practice and heard to many stories about how bad the VA is about HealthCare. stories like Vet goes in for hurt left arm and the VA cuts off his Right Leg...that sorta-thing! I mention'' well that's all I got to use for my HealthCare & my spouse...''I can't afford Medical Insurance'' My spouse is using ChampVA and the VA Saved her life a couple times Tripple Heart by Pass and some seizures that she has Had..so We both are Very thankful to the VA for that I just want it to be run more efficiently help the Veteran and make it the best run (outfit ) HealthCare Program in the world.

My complaints = Open more VAMC's Get faster time for Medical Appointments and no more 3 months 6 months to a year waiting! Stop this all day /night'' waiting to be seen'' at ER. When Veteran needs to be seen medically make time for that veteran ASAP no exceptions! Better qualified Dr.s that will listen & Understand the Veteran! Improve pharmacy waiting times and once VA Dr prescribes meds no matter if pain meds or asprin the scripts be good for 6 months to one year for refills and veteran can call in refills or go in person for refills & Open more windows at the pick-up window Feed all veterans while waiting to be seen at the VAMC..Its an all day affair for me & most veterans...Lab & Dr.Appointments ect,,ect,, And All VA employees need to have a better respect for All Veterans. And speed up the claim process on all claim decisions ! There's probably a lot more but that's what I want to see! With that said my VAMC here in Dallas has been remodeling the VAMC Building and building more 5 story parking garages (have one at present) and have a shuttle bus that takes veteran to/from parking garage or parking lots only a 20 min wait I think that's great there doing that!

I read into this Sec Bob McDonald new internet site '' VA Idea House.Com'' is for VA Employee's only for suggestions and such??? seems that's who he his referring to in this letter. you have to sign in? Maybe I miss read it?

Use to the pharmacy would call back or you leave message and re-order your scripts a few years ago...Now after all this change with meds/reorder ect,,ect,, they won't call back won't refill OR wont let you know anything. I just hope New Sec of VA'' Bob McDonald'' can get all this mess straighten out He needs to know about all this!

Hellraiser You can get DVA to help you or VSO that's your choice....but if it was me I'd go it alone and get any help you need from these good folks here at hadit there good and most are experts in filing for a claim...my opinion they would help you more so than the DAV/VSO's

There already remodeling my VAMC changing things around and making the clinics much nicer and more orderly...I noticed it today! maybe there is hope! Hope So!

It's getting pretty bad when the VA prescribe us our meds and then makes it harder to get them...this has happen to me too T-bird and I Look for it to be happening a lo more more offten with every veteran....For some vets its not happen to yet but it probably will. I hope they get his problem solved Maybe McDonald can get it fixed...I certainly hope so.

Thank You Ms Berta, Wal-greens is much more convenient for me than going to my VAMC! I'am getting older and I usually get a flu shot in late Oct early November sooner the better I always say! I got my shot already last week at VAMC I don't understand why some say not to get it? it won't help? The flu injections will not prevent anyone from getting the flu but it will make treatment a lot better in my opinion anyway. I get one ever year rather or not they help why take chances? I still get my shot every year me and my spouse get them together. Thanks for the Info Ms Berta

coastie 72, Hang in there your going to be ok buddy, let these good folks here at Hadit help you. Try not to let it bother you so much about what them D'r's say its happen to a lot of us Veterans & its stressful for sure but you know the truth and that's what matters buddy. This is just a process sort-a- speak that most of us veterans go through or going through or been there! I don't know what I'd done without hadit.com VA drives all of us Battie at times just hang in there and try not stress so much, you seem like a nice man caring man and We here at hadit know your going to win your claim and things will be ok. Yes John999 & Ms Berta & Phillip It sure is something to prepare for ,lot of these young people don't realize how life can just end all of a sudden. I try to talk to my spouse about it but she don't...she says if I die before she does just put her in there with me....we been married now 45 years

I hope they get whats coming to them...I knew 2 vets that died because of the long wait to be seen! I can't til its gotten better? still takes a long long time for an appointment!...at my VAMC.

Boy seems like things have changed a lot since my claim filing days! VARO took care of everything.

The new law changes...do they effect a claim if filed before the new year 2015? does these new law previsions effect a claim that's been ongoing? prior to 2015
