I agree wtih Thomas.  Checking this box and submitting means that you have submitted all your evidence, please rate your claim on "what they have".    If you have no new evidence, then you should check that box and submit.
However, as many times as I say this, people continue to rely on ebenefits when they should not.  Its inaccurate, often not up to date, and has very limited purposes.  Some Vets advocates recommend NOT checking ebenefits, and simply ignoring it.  Yes, I know you are anxious to find out your result.  We all are.
You should get a hobby and wait for the decision, and then decide on a course of action, unless you have new evidence to submit.

Muffin; If you check the box that indicates you have submitted all your documents, I think they will process it quicker instead of VA waiting 60 days to see if you submit more documents.  So actually, they should be able to process it quicker...jmho...tom

    Hi Rita,
I recently wrote a blog post with detailed suggestions for filing a PTSD due to MST claim, including several links to additional online resources:
Advice for Veterans – PTSD Military Sexual Trauma (MST) C&P Exams
Feel free to ask any questions about the information in that post, either in a response (comment) to the post, or here on HadIt.com  :O)
The good news is that, as @GuaymasJim said, you can indeed receive disability benefits for PTSD/MST even the horrible crime against you occurred many years ago.
    All the Best,
    Mark

The allergic rhinitis requires a 50% blockage to get a 10% disability rating.
A 50% blockage with polyps rates 30% disability.
You will most likely get service connection but no disability rating on the rhinitis.
I have a claim pending for this same condition.

    Muffin;
Okay I remember now!  You supplied your C&P for the PTSD/MST and I remember thinking that was favorable.  The ones today are "iffy" so fingers crossed and toes and hope for the best but expect the worst...Keep us updated please!

Not sure what all your claiming ? but this  C&P don't look very favorable to me   this is just my opinion  if your lucky and get  some of these S.C. you might get a 10% rating  but from what I read here  I don't  think you will get a rating...possibly S.C...But if you get these S.C. that's a good start   service connection is the hard part,  the other is get an IMO Nexus to connect the two together.

I am not sure b/c I am not a rater nor do I know your claim.  I am just going based off the Occupational & Social Impairment that was given.  Again, don't sweat it....I am sure you will be just fine....

Yes we need more information about your C&P EXAM  TO GIVE YOU A FAIR OPINION ON YOUR RATING %...As they base this on the severity of your symptoms,as Andyman pointed out.

Without the "occupational and social impairment" it's hard to give you a % but I too am S/C for PTSD/MST and started out at 30% before I was increased this past March to 50%.  Sounds positive for S/C, NOW are you in therapy?  Therapy will help!  I am in weekly one-on-one therapy for almost 2 years now and it's helping.  Of course I also suffer from an eating disorder so I have that to overcome.

    Example of a Nexus Letter
    DATE ____________

    Reference: (Veteran's name) ____________

    SS# ____________________         VA File #____________________

    To Whom It May Concern,

I am Dr. ____________. I am board certified to practice in my specialty. My credentials are included. I have been asked to write a statement in support of the afore mentioned veterans claim.

I have personally reviewed his medical history. (Name the Documents) I have also reviewed and have noted the circumstances and events of his military service in the years ____________ (Event or Events claimed as the cause of the condition) while he served during his military service. (List dates of service)

Mr. ___________ is a patient under my care since (enter Date). His diagnosis is _____________ (Name the Condition).

I am familiar with his history and have examined Mr.____________ often while he has been under my care. (Specify Lab Work, X-rays, Etc.)

Mr.____________ has no other known risk factors that may have precipitated his current condition.

After a review of the pertinent records it is my professional opinion that it is at least as likely as not that Mr. ____________'s condition is a direct result of his (Event) as due to his military service. (Choose the degree of likelihood with which you can concur - "at least as likely as not", "more than likely", or "highly likely")

In my personal experience and in the medical literature it is known (Give a rationale).

    Signed,

    Dr. ____________
    (List credentials and contact information)

Please understand that the VA often uses credentials to assign probative value to the nexus letter.
While the nexus letter must be brief as possible it should be as detailed and complete as the circumstances dictate.

Yeah i went against the advice i give and checked today...it has moved...once again... back from gathering evidence to preperation for a decision.
That means 1 of 2 things.
    1) It is actually in preparation for a decision
    2) its not

Could you imagine if Amazon was like this?  They listed your iltem as shipped, but 3 weeks later its marked as "readying to ship"  then 4 months later contacted you to ask you questions "did you really want that movie?"  "when did your first craving for that popcorn first appear?"  then 3 months later a box arrives where they explain how they dont believe that you truly wanted the popcorn or the movie and that at this time they cannot ship it to you and if you wanted to appeal their decision you can wait another 235 days before you can state why that popcorn was something you wanted :)

A C and P exam is not required.  They have to have MEDICAL EVIDENCE, yes, but there is nothing special about a C and P exam.  Your evidence, may well already be in your file.
You can go through your records if you like, and see for yourself if you have the required evidence.
    1.  You need a current PTSD diagnosis.
    2.  You need evidence of an in service stressor.
    3.  You need a nexus, such as the doctor saying, "Your PTSD diagnosis is at least as likely as not due to (XX event) in military service"

This is the "big 3" required for service connection.   As PETE posted, if you have these, then you can look in your records for evidence of symptoms, as described to guess at your disability percentage.
YOU WONT get compensated for the same symptoms for PTSD AND MDD.  You get compensation for the worst set of symptoms of a mental disorder, never both.

    Muffin,
    Welcome to Hadit.
I don't think anyone mentioned to you yet, but I think, and other's here can verify or vilify me on this, but I think the GAF score is no longer used for your SC rating.  Most likely that is why it's been dropped from your case.
Some Vets here have experienced surprising results on their claims that went to decision with out an exam.  If you've been getting regular treatment long term, through the VA, perhaps they have all the evidence they need to give sound judgment on your claim.  I wish you nothing but success!
    Semper Fi.
