I had an appointment at sleep clinic today. This thing makes my lips bleed and a dry mouth, I was told to use cube ice instead of water and to use Vaseline on my lips to help with moisture also they are sending me a heated hose. Anyone tried this??

That being said if you have new evidence on the claims for appeals and you think you can win at the RO and you try it and let us know. I've been in appeals so long all I can say your claim I suggest you summit your evidence at BVA heaing or video .There is no need to fight the RO ANYMORE. They wont change the decision unless u fight it at BVA jmho

All video hearing is at the RO BUT it is for BVA VIDEO HEARING before the judge in DC. If you already had a DRO review and the denied it in the SOC, and you still think the RO will grant it or for another look at the RO I think you have to have some new & great medical info.I would go for a decision at the BVA, jmho. The other issues you hadn't receive a SOC than you will have to wait until you get that decision. Maybe that's why you haven't heard anything and you r still waiting on the DRO hearing for them.

If VA supply you with DBQ, AND ALSO 38 CFR TO READ WHAT IT TAKES to get a rating and to keep your current rating. What else you think they will do I will say this too keep a rating you still have to meet the requirements for the rating.

So my question is: Would it hurt to file these new items on my disability to get a rating and to request a percentage increase on the other disabilities that have gotten worse since my initial evaluation? Or is it gambling and I could get my 100% taken away by some angry rater than now deems other items less and I loose my 100% rating? First is 10-20% rating going to help you in any way? Anytime you file for new conditions it a good chance they will look at your rating again. 100% P&T you can get treatment for it for free. SMC pay 100+60 % is about the only thing to gain. After talking with h&R ssdi only have to file if you are paying taxes into it. EIC you have to have a w2 form to claim. VA no taxes so that's why I don't file. I never said I make 6000.00 year but I hustle I buy & resell fish ,crab legs fruits, shrimp, rabbits , coons, and clothes and yard sales. my wife AND I. We sometimes ttake stuff to the market to sell. The reason I ask about taxes Tbird & Bronco was saying I have to file taxes and if I owe 15 years of paying taxes lock me up. Even after my tax preparer said I don't have too. I was going after them for lying to me. We don't make enough to worry about somtime we even lose money buying and reselling good and its not a job we do this maybe once a month winter month no that much. Might make 1-200 not enough to report or that's the way I feel about it thanks for replies

the thing is I don't file taxes I have nothing to file I'm off the records on IRS 15 years of SSDI & TDIU I never had a problem because I have nothing to file EIC has to be a child living with you or I think. I never knew I had to file disability income because you are not paying any taxes right?. if SSDI allow you to make 12 grand a year and also the new law in one state makes anyone getting SSI get a job in order the get their checks 700. per month I f I do all my work around my house in like painting, cutting grass . I have been doing my own thing as for as filing claims and winning claims I can handle RO experts that's not the problem, I been filing my own until the RO WOULDNT ACCEPT 4.16(b} IT A SHAME u have to get an attorney to make the RO TO SEND YOUR CLAIM TO THE DIRECTOR OF VA to be consider for extra- scheduler but that's what I had to do research that's all I do

The claim is at the RO waiting for a Dro review from what I understand I think. Mr Hill did file the nod for me but that's it I am on my own on this for now I just don't know what my argument will be. When I filed my first claim at 0% didn't know any better back then I also file for tdiu on every claim. The RO CAUGHT THIS DOING THE RETRO & then they sent it back to the judge to redo it saying I didn't file for disability until Sept 2004 The DRO decision from the RO IS THE ONE WHO CHANGE THE DECISION.
