Thank U for the advice & yes I'm just sitting & waiting till someone wakes up & looks at my claim. As for getting impatient....NO,I don't do that cause since I found Hadit I have seen the inner working of the VA. Like Clark Evans (My Attorney who got me 100% T & P) said " The RO's are there just to turn U down." All I do is hope for the best & expect the worst. GARY

Berta, Once again Thank U for the reply. I called Karl's Office (Lawyer U said was good) & Lady there said they have me in a holding pattern as the BVA sent claim back to RO & the way I read it they told the RO they were less than intelligent. So, I sent in 6 or 7 VA Doc opinions saying I need A & A ( All the Docs I see there & a Psychologist (4.5 hr meeting) who said I need A & A 24 hours a day. Also, my Primary. Also have 2 IMO's I sent in & sent it regeistered with return signature. Got back the paper with a signature. My problem (Worry is that they will low ball me or not want to go back to 2,002 when I filed original claim) Also, I still have Clark as my POA but he's dead. Do I get Karl to be my POA ( He hadn't died yet when he was on there) & do I have to wait until after they do something.The RO was instructed to expedite this claim but sometimes they forget...HA Would U just say sit tight & see what they do before I make another move. Also, there is no C & P they can give me as all the Docs I have at the VA have already stated opinions & they are all that I need A & A. So, if this one gets denied & I have to go back to the BVA w/Karl he ought to be able to really raise some hell. Oh ya, I was on Disability for a while & was approved for A & A when I was on that so guess that should help something. Berta, once again Thank U for all the help U keep giving me.

Test Vet Thank U for the information but what I need to know is can I get a Lawyer to take over now that I have filed the claim. I am quite sure it will be approved but I do not want to have to keep going back if they lowball me or don't go back to date it was filed Thank U very much for the reply & I will be getting in touch with my Lawyer tomorrow. Also, the Pro Bono really doesn't matter that much to me. I am sure I have a winner but the VARO likes to play to damn many games. Thank U again........GARY,

Ok Here I am again My question being can I bring in a Lawyer before I get turned down by the VARO or do I have to wait till they deny me & file a NOD & then bring in my Lawyer. Thank U very much for reading post. GARY

Benda & whom ever may answer, I received a letter from Clark's Sister In Law as I still had him listed as my POA & she (being a Lawyer) said if I need any help just get back in touch. BUT, I lost the letter on how to get back in touch. If anyone can help me in this matter I would be most apprecitive. Clark was a very good Lawyer for me & I assume she will be also. If anyone has a Phone #& or address I would very much like to have it. Thank U very much........GARY

I had 2 Buddy letters that were given full weight. But, I had a Lawyer & he said to have them say what they knew & or saw on an Affadavit & get it notorized GARY

Berta, I find it impossible that someone such as the VA is part of our Military. Is this why we have not won a war since WW2 or is it because so much money is being thrown away on projects that are ridicilous or perhaps lining someones pockets? Before I found hadit I had a lot of faith in the VA but have found out all is not how it seems. I believe most of my information has come from U & my countless questions I have presented to U that U have answered. Thank U for all the assistance U have given me over the years, My last claim I sent in has every VA Doctor that I see & a coule more. So, I find it impossible that they could deny it. Also, every opinion is positive & one saying I need A & A 24 hours a day. My only thought ( Since I don't have a Lawyer at present) that they'll try to low ball me or not go back to date I filed. 2,003 If I have to file a NOD & then get a Lawyer on claim will I be drawing what ever they awarded or will that be put on hold? OK, here goes I'm 100% comped so I don't work BUT if I did I could take the interest I pay on my house payment on my taxes. But, I don't work so & I was wondering if there was a way to get the interest back. Thank U GARY

Ryan, The only way (For sure) with the VA to lose is to quit. Read that when I first started with my VA SNAFU. Never quit or the VA wins. It took me 9 years to get my 100% T & P rating which was very depressing getting all those rejection letters & jumping thru all the hoops the VA makes one do. Not to say nothing about the paper work. If U have a legit claim go for it. GARY

OK...My claim was remanded back to the RO & my question is can one bring in a Lawyer at this time or do I have to wait till the RO approves or Denies my Claim before I get a Lawyer. Thank U GARY

My last person I saw at the VA was some sort of psycholist who said I needed A & A 24 hrs a day. Also, have opinions from every VA Doc I see saying I need A & A, Sure would like to get to get that R 1 0r R2 The last person I saw at the VA was some sort of Psychogist ( Had some other letters in front of that word & it was a 4.5 hour test) He said I need A & A 24 hours a day so I would suppose that would put me in the running for R1 or R2 None of the other Doca said that but glad he did. Also, hadd either 2 or 3 IMO's saying I needed A & A GARY
