I just came back from my hearing exam today. The lady wanted to know why they sent me for another one. I was just awarded 10% tin. and 20% hearing loss this past feb. When i told her they sent me because i have filed for IU she must have had a ruff night. she said when you file for IU you have to have a C&P for every SC you have. I did not have the audio test; Just ask me a couple of questions on how my hearing loss effected my last job and said she was going to help me as much as possible. The exam on my DMII went as.FUNCTIONAL IMPAIRMENT:because of his peripheral neuropathy of both lower extremities, the veteran cannot do digging in the ground, lifting, carrying, as well as moving heavy objects. So, the veteran's peripheral neuropathy of both extremities has impact on his physical job.
The veteran also reports that prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting aggravate his tingling and numbness as well as burning of foot. So, the veteran's peripheral neuropathy of both lower extremities has impact on his sedentary employment.
So I guess what I want to know is - - does this sound like I should be permanently and totally disabled - - along with my psychiatric exam ?
