Question

Hey Folks,

I am really jacked up today. I finally heard from The BVA yesterday. My service connection was granted clear back to april of 1969 by the BVA judge. 39 freakin years I've fought these jerks. I don't know anything about the percentages cause they didn't say.And BTW thanks to all you people for your support. Still need a little advice as to where I go from here. What do I need to do now. Do I need to fill out any more VA forms, or do I just sit and wait for a raters decision. Being unemployable for five years now with SSD should make a big diference in the raters decisions, is that correct or am I blowin smoke. I need to know what to do now.How much longer is this gonna take?

THANKS< THANKS< THANKS,

Man I am jacked up.

Wow!! that s cool, all the way back to 1969.

When I count my blessings I count my family and friends twice.

If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there.

Well done is better than well said.

WOW- it seems like your claim wasnt at the BVA too long---

GREAT news-

If the % isnt what you expect or what the regs say you should get=you can challenge that- we can help you with that-

hard to know without knowing what the rating will be-----

This is superb news and encouraging for anyone out there-

the waiting game is awful-I am assuming that you fully kept this claim going all these years?

or maybe the VA cued itself for that kind of retro-

1969 is phenomenal----

Still the RO will preprare the award letter and determine your ratring and then send the $$$$$$$-

Incredible news veteran-you deserve this win.

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
