HadIt.com Elder Testvet Posted December 2, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted December 2, 2008 I got the notice just before Thanksgiving that my BVA hearing is on Feb 4, 2009. My lawyer was also notified, this has taken what since Nov 2002, in August the DRO agreed that my claim is active and has been on appeal since Nov 2002, the only issue in dispute is my heart problems and if they are SC or not. I have 2 good IMO's stating that it is secondary to PTSD one from the psychiatrist from the Edgewood Arsenal experiments and a cardiovascular doctor and a flimsy one from my VA cardiologist that was treating me in 2005. I saw that with AIG the people protesting what happened actually went to the homes of the people that worked for AIG. So why don't veteran's do that instead of just sending paperwork on top of more paperwork? This seems to accomplish more than writing letters and getting letters back.
