I appealed effective date and waiting to hear where it is.

Claim finally denied by BVA on May 15, 2009 after repeated remands.

Hired attorney & spinal claims went to CAVC on June 15, 2009

Claims for MS, Chronic pain, etc that were held up in 2005 pending BVA decision, were filed at the VARO June 15, 2009.

I filed NOD requesting DRO DeNovo review, no hearing. I believe these are done at the AMC for denovo review, not sure. Been waiting some 18 months.
