How Many People Are Waiting On Appeal?

How many people are waiting on appeal, and how long has your appeal been pending for an answer of approved or denied?

I am in month 5.

Appeal sent in about Novemember 2009, with help of my VSO.

when I got my bva award in 2010 jan(started in 2004), I found out that there was an open issue from 1968 that bva ordered ro to investigate, and that two cue claims were brought forward by me and to adjudicate them. waiting just a bit before i start chasing them. My original ro is anchorage, file was sent to St. Paul MN from bva.

You had a long go of it, Testvet. For me, ... this claim was filed a couple of years ago. In appeal, just over one year. Still waiting... I am willing to wait as long as it takes.

Total time: Over forty years, and still unfinished business...

I wonder if the longer the appeal takes, means that it has a better chance of being approved..

maybe if you get rejected it takes less time because you don't go through as many hoops..

but if you get approved, it means you went through so many hoops, it takes a longer time..

just thinking,, waiting sucks..

Commander Bob, I got your message. Thanks. The VA has scheduled another C&P for me. The sad part is the C&P is for the same things they performed a C&P on me on October 2008. I get it, but I don't get it.

2003... then finally went to BVA/remanded and gathering dust till VARO decides to pull it out of the cobweb room to award it correctly!! ;)
