We are overjoyed at the decision and have much to share to help others, but tonight we feel justice has finally prevailed. Using the word "win" somehow doesn't feel right .... after, 8 long arduous years of being in this process .... present every step of the way, justice feels like a more appropriate word. Will share more later.......need to have a few days to let it absorb. Thank you - Thank you - Thank you to all of those who kept my family in their prayers and threw out those life jackets when it felt like our ship had sunk.... J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims.
