I thought I read this somewhere but can't find it...aren't there specific days of the week that va disburses payments (outside of monthly va paymrnts)? Anyone recall what days that is?

Tom,

To my knowledge, there is no specific dispersment day of the week for claims. Once a claim is finalized and released for payment, it is payed. Just keep an eye on your bank account. (JMHO) If I am wrong, others will chime in and correct me.

If I recall correctly, the treasury issues checks/payments 5 or 6 days a month. It was posted here, some time ago. I don't recall what days they were.

I have gotten deposits on all different days, as well as others I know...The only days I know which are regular are the first of the month, or if on a holiday or weekend it occurs before. I have gotten deposits in the same week already when they started granting, and retro pmts were occurring.
