Tbird Founder HadIt.com Veteran To Veteran LLC - Founded Jan 20, 1997 HadIt.com Veteran To Veteran | Community Forum | RallyPoint | FaceBook | LinkedIn | About Me Time Dedicated to HadIt.com Veterans and my brothers and sisters: 65,700 - 109,500 Hours Over Thirty Years I am writing my memoirs and would love it if you could help a shipmate out and look at it. I've had a few challenges, perhaps the same as you. I relate them here to demonstrate that we can learn, overcome, and find purpose in life. The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans. rpowell01
Sorry I haven't been back on here because I now have the flu. I received my letter and it wasn't what I was expecting but I had the feeling that the would deny a lot of myissues since the VA doesn't want to recognize the spondylosis with bulge and herniated discs in my neck is a progression of my injuries from the military, even though I am service connected for my cervical spine. Goods news they connected my anxiety to my lower back pain at 50%. They stated although I do fit at a higher rating they were only giving me 50%. My GAF (I think that was the name) was 51. Hopefully Vetlawyers will take on my denied issues which I know will put me well over the "gone fishing" mark. It is so ugly that the VA can give you a DC of Cervical Spine Pain (With Limitation of Motion and a Bulge) but they will not recognize the radiculopathy that is part of my now herniated disc. The VA has stated in this letter that I have DDD so they are not denying that. Funny huh? But it is okay because UF my NOD goes to the BVA then I already have two of their cases that states Spondylosis is a progression of cervical spine pain even with a normal mri from the military. If Vetlawyers does take my case, because they like taking the vets who are not working, then there is another attorney who I know will.
