How To Request Travel Pay From Saturday C&p

I had a Saturday C&P a few weeks ago, and no one was at the pay window. How do I go about requesting Travel Pay for that appointment?

Fill out a travel pay form and mail it to the travel pay office at your VAMC, within 30 days of your appointment. In the future, they generally have the forms in outpatient/emergency room for visits when the travel office is closed, for you to sign then. You should be able to download the form online.

Well, crap. Im out, then, since it was in October. Grrr...There were no forms at the window, and hardly anyone in the hospital. The Psych DID tell me to check travel pay on the way out, though. Usually my docs never mention it.
