Question

I checked ebenefits today and found out that my claim for PTSD compensation had moved from "Preparation for Decision" back to "Review of Evidence". What does this mean? Also, does this mean I wait another 8 months before something happens again. Will contacting a VSO help? Sorry so many questions...............thanks.

It just means to you - that you are still in a holding/waiting pattern.

Could easily still be 6 months or more of waiting.

Contacting you VSO can not speed anything up.

Neither ebenefits or the 800# can provide accurate tracking of claims/issues.

Keep in mind this is not like a package with a tracking #, like USPS or FedEx.

Carlie right,

Everytime you think about this, take a walk, run a mile or maybe two miles. Go fishing!

It just adds to the stress that you don't need!smile.png

Don't believe everything you see on E-benefit, Tomorrow it might change back to the other way.

Good luck and God bless
