Can a Disabled veteran that didn't pay enough SSA tax, Can he get SSDI due to wife had paid enough into SSA?

Looking at the SSA site - - You may be able to apply for early SSA retirement on your wife's account if you are 62.

SSDI seems to not apply, unless you meet the quarter requirement for your age. I'd look at the actual laws and regs if I were you.

Sometimes generalities don't exactly agree with specific circumstances.

I'm not sure but I think you should be getting a check that's equal to half of her monthly amount, because you are disabled. Do a written inquiry w/SSA, as they aren't responsible for anything they "say." jmo

Yes once you attain the age unless you worked as a teacher in Texas you should be able to get half of her check. If you can get documents together and go to Social Security Office and ask for help. Unlike the VA they will help you.

Which ever spouse makes more on SSA the other spouse can get up to one half of the other spouses SSA as long as the poorer spouse's full SSA amount (age 65-66) is less than half of what the richer spouse makes.I read this on SSA site and got an answer from one of the SSA blogs.
