E-Benefits is still messed up it has shown prep for notification now for over three weeks for adependent claim to add my wife and no changes. This tells me it is completely unreliable if prep for notification is true it doesn't take three + weeks to finalize a claim for dependent pay unless I am wrong and any others out here have had this happen to them before.

Does anyone know an est for e-benefits being up and running correctly it appears due to the many preps for notifications being shown it can't be right. Has anyone reported this yet? Thanks All

71M10 So right you are my claim to add my wife to dependency shows exactly the samething however lists prep for notification 5 days now the ebenefits system is so messed up and unreliable at this point one must take it with a grain of salt the claims are totally messed up

Hopefull it is true for yoursake diceman E benefits is really acting haywire it showed my claim for dependents ready for notification since monday no change in status so I suspect a flaw in the system hopefully for both our sakes it is true

I never lost my letters but everything else was haywire hopefully they will get ebenefits back up and running to its normal confusing state

EthansGrandma my tdiu was deferred back in 2008 and invited to file a claim did so and finally recieved TDIU P&T this past Aug 30th so am hoping good news for you likewise and great you are aware of the eed best of wishes

I would hope that the independent contractors are citizens of the US and not imports In my former career before becoming totally disabled as a senior Programming analyst as well as a project manager several times over and team developement lead this is absurd! In the private sector the terms heads would roll applies this update is unbelievable as well as unprofessional with a country loaded with IT professionals that know what the hell they are doing how can any goverment agency ever stoop to such a low degree of dereliction is beyond me. Naturally in the private sector a dollar amount would be attached to this extreme blunder however in dealing with an agency whom's careers seem never in jeopardy sub par performance is the norm go figure.

They did it again, it is apparent the updates weren't ready for prime time mine said development letter sent on my adding dependents but on the first page before going to claim status it notes no notifications sent out (as if acknowledging a mistake !!!!!) come on e benefits this truly should be a major embarrassment as well as nerve racking to everyone

markass530 I first learned of the rating via ebenefits the development letters and such as for the actual decision I had to wait for the brown packet

Knowing the VA Papa id say perhaps a 50/50 chance here that it is positive so I hope for your sake that it is good news.

Me too am also wondering I did fax over the info for my dependents as well it has been a week so far
