rwskitch Posted January 23, 2016 Share Posted January 23, 2016 ...I had the same problem, until Vync posted the same # previously, the individuals on the other end where helpful when I inquired about what was on their screen in front of them and one even stated that seeing my that my claims have been stuck in the VA 'limbo' mode, he'd call up the VARO and prod them to get them moving to the next stage and stated that a rep will be giving me a call. ...sure enough, a week latter, a person called, a VA 'point' man, whom job was to make me feel good, w/o any knowledge about what's in my file; the main factor I got out of all this at this stretch of my claim process, is that staying focused and avoiding complacency has become pertinent 'mantra' for the 'committee' w/in my head...!
