len56 Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Do these # also apply to BVA my claim is now over 5 Yrs old and is now infront of a VLG and moved on E-benifits several times last month i have a Senators office looking into it and got a reply that my records are at the FOIO will this hinder my appeal process does it loose its place in line either me or my attorney has requested any info any insite on these issues would be helpful Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
