carlie
My AB3 states compensation at 100% due to service connected disabilities. This total disability is considered permanent. Not scheduled for future examinations. I received a tidy sum in my bank account today, but still waiting on the official notice from VA on specifics. So I still don't have the brown envelope but the money is better anyway. (ha-Ha) Congrats - be sure to check for all additional bennies + insurance. Spend wisely and enjoy every moment you can. Moderator broncovet Posted February 2, 2013 Moderator Share Posted February 2, 2013 Congrats.. The money in the bank spends better than the brown envelope anyway. I have never had good results paying for stuff with brown envelopes. For me, I got the reverse..got the envelope and no money.

donh777
Got the white envelope today. Awarded TDIU and ED. Total service connected disability, permanent in nature from April 39, 2010. Since I am over 70 now I don't think I'm elgible for the insurance. So I won't be disagreeing with this. Thank goodness and no more nod's.
