cham1968
I checked E-Benefits and my AB8 letter shows 100% P&T with no further exams, also letters for ID cards and letter for commissary for my wife and I, but I'm already retired from the Military so I have those already, but I didn't get a chapter 35 application for my daughter that has been going to college, do I have to ask for it? Another question is, the effective date on this letter shows June 1 2013, but my claim was opened on 25 July 2010, shouldn't I get some retro? I had already received 90% with retro last year in May, but I had some deferred contentions that hadn't been rated until today. I would think they would pay the difference going back to July 2010, cause I was considered disable since then. Anyway Had-it and friends thank y'all so much for being there for me when I had so many questions. Congratulations and yes you are correct in my opinion about the RETRO
