The VA's Fiduciary program is often involved with a 100% PTSD rating. I just hope that you have already taken steps to stay out of the VA fiduciary mess! C&P exam states I can take care of my responsibilities and I made sure I asked the Rep about that yesterday and she confirmed. Next post Complete and money in the bank Jesus! So ready to exhale! Most likely SMC/S a single SC at 100 percent, plus additional 60 percent - (or I believe also IU plus 60 percent works). Yea just to the 100 percent alone as it provides dental care for the veteran : - ) When you get the decision be sure to check all benefits for 100 percent P&T, to include state benefits and the insurance with waiver.
