count me as one of the veterand who did not get the form to fill out for 2013. i find out today quite by accident they have removed it. i know i can get it back but its a pain. plz help. thank you.

my regional office is on the other coast from me. i'm in daytona beach, and they are in st. pete. could i send it certified to st. pete (and i keep an extra copy)? what is that form number again. believe me it won't happen again. thanks phillip.

ps no address changes either.

I thought this was changed this year to help reduce paperwork? VA should be able to get your employability infor and dependent information from your tax forms, and is working to do so. A year ago they were supposed to start doing this on pension forms, but maybe they included IU verification in it this year.

(I AM NOT A RATER- I work the claims BEFORE they are rated, annotating medical evidence in your records, VA and Legal documents,  and DA/DD forms- basically a paralegal/vso/etc except that I also evaluate your records based on Caluza and try to justify and schedule the exams that you go to based on whether or not your records have enough in them to warrant those)

The Govt always claims to make things easier for us, yeah right! Just like me I am medically retired as of Feb 13, and the Navy and VA fight over who is suppose to take care of me, WTH.

doesn't apply for TDIU. each recipient has to submit a statement that they have not worked in the previous year. The VA normally sends these out by August of each year. If you didn't receive one download it, complete and send it in...

I'm not sure of the form #
