Question

Hi All!
Way back in November of 2012 I opened my Ebenefits account and at that time opened a new claim for PTSD. The message I got after I filed still shows on my message center in Ebenefits and is below:
We received your claim for compensation benefits on 11/27/2012 03:26. You must finalize your application within 365 days to preserve your claim date.
You may access your electronic application already in process at www.ebenefits.va.gov. If you do not formalize your application within 365 days, it will be purged from the eBenefits site.
I filed it...but then didn't do anything with it until April 23, 2013 I finally walked into a VSO officers office in Kansas City. He then filed paperwork for me for PTSD.
Mid this month I finally did my C&P for the PTSD, and my claim has moved to "Preparation for Decision".
Long story short, if I am rated anything for the PTSD, does the retroactive go back to April 2013, or November 2012?
It's not THAT big of a deal, I guess, I'll just be happy to finally get rated, but I was just wondering.
Ebenefits lists the day of the claim as the April 2013 date...
Thanks all!
