I'm new to the forums but I've been reading the great advice here since I started my claim a year ago. I logged into ebennies and by some miracle, my claim was closed. The problem is that the NYC VARO never requested a C&P for my claim of PTSD, MDD and two Gulf War presumptives (chronic fatigue and night sweats) and it looks like they completely disregarded my service in country during the Persian Gulf War in '90-'91 (KKMC). I am expecting the worst and I don't know if I can handle going through another year of fighting for my benefit while dealing with the suicidal ideation and everything else. I'm just tired of being jerked around. From what I described, am I looking at a denial (I assume so since ebennies mentioned an appeal) an what should my next step be?
