Question
stebarbar
I was awarded 30% for ptsd and after i read the letter 6 times I realized they took all the info from the C&P exam 9/2012. It appears they didnt look at the Va med records from the 2 years of the psychiatrist and psychologist and the used the GAF of 62 and its been 55 the last 2years. My new GAF in June is 45 and the psychiatrist increased the meds for panic attack and depression., Why would they go off a C&P exams nearly 2 years and is this normal? Also when I file the appeal should I tell them they didnt review the Va medical records or will this piss the off? Thanks again! Vietnam combat veteran
