Question
sparkeater
I have a claim in for Individual Unemployability and I have a letter from my VA Doctor and my VA counselor stating the PTSD is so severe that I cannot work. I am hoping this is enough evidence to support the claim. I also have a letter from my previous employer from when I retired in 2004 because of major depression. Do you think this is enough evidence to award me Individual Unemployability . I am at 70% service connected right now. Also the claim has been with the Veteran Law Judge since June 19 2014 how long will the wait be for the VLJ to make a decision?
