SergeantQ
My NOD has been in since Nov 2011 with no movement. I'm getting worried. What if i wait the whole 5 years for them to do my claim and they still deny me... I would be crushed! Has anyone had any movement on their NOD? Thadine Just get ahold of some new and material medical evidence that will overcome the prior decision, support a grant for your issues, and take it to your VARO and get a date stamped copy. That's the quickest way to success. jmho

HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted August 19, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 19, 2014 Did you receive a statement of case from the RO? This would have offered you the appeal (form 9) J
BigRed
Thadine, Do you have a VSO who can check for you? BigRed SergeantQ
Fat
1. Dont give up. 2. Perfect your claim with new medical information which re-enforces your current medical status (blood work, x-ray, mri, ct-scan, etc). 3. Try to get a DBQ or nexus letter from your physician. 4. Research your condition and learn everything about it. saxman and SergeantQ
