Gastone Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014 OooooooooooooK, good work, but your not done yet! With your recent award you should also see that "IU Claim Inferred" is pending. You have to file immediately for IU, it's not an automatic award. Check out IU Requirements, Rules & Regs. Your now getting paid at 90% SC, Mucho difficult to get bump to 95 to get paid at 100%. You would need a single New issue rated at 50% SC, good luck on that. Fastest way is IU Claim and at 90% SC you already show a sever disability picture. Unless you show earned income greater than about $12,500.00 "VA's Max Gainful Employment Income" you should not have any major problems getting the IU Award and the 100% SC pay even though your at 90%.
